About the Role

We are seeking experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers to join our Apps team. This team includes both frontend- and backend-focused engineers who develop and enhance our CRM and business automation tools. You will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing user interfaces, APIs, and core functionalities that power our communication software suite.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Coding

✔ Design, develop, and deliver complete user stories and bug fixes as defined by the product team.
✔ Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code aligned with product requirements.

Quality Assurance

✔ Perform unit testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
✔ Maintain high coding standards and ensure seamless software functionality.

Code Review & Collaboration

✔ Participate in peer code reviews to enhance learning and overall quality.
✔ Assist and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative development environment.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

✔ Maintain technical documentation and contribute to deployment manuals.
✔ Share insights on new dependencies, updates, and best practices.

About You – Requirements

✔ 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, working on a VueJS/PHP/MySQL/AWS stack (experience with NodeJS or Python is a plus).
✔ 2+ years of experience working with REST APIs, including integration with platforms like Twilio, HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, Chargebee, and Stripe.
✔ Strong expertise in API security, logging, request handling, and response modifications.
✔ Proficiency in VueJS or React (mandatory, as all engineers work on UI components).
✔ Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as BI tools, is a plus.
✔ Background in telecommunications, VOIP, digital messaging, CRM, helpdesk, or call center software is highly desirable.

📌 On-Call Requirement: Engineers will be on a rotational on-call schedule, up to one night per week, to ensure service quality.

📌 Work Hours: This role requires availability during EST or PST business hours, regardless of time zone.
