About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer (JavaScript) to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to develop next-generation web applications utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, SSE, cloud-native solutions, containers, AI, and ML. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with frontend developers, cloud engineers, product managers, designers, and QA teams to make informed technical decisions.
• Provide architectural and design recommendations for our client platform.
• Mentor developers and contractors throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of frontend web applications.
• Automate workflows by leveraging CI/CD pipelines for code testing, linting, and deployment.
• Create internal tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with web technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, or other styling languages.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong passion for UI/UX and modern web development practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable libraries and shared components used across multiple applications.
• Proficiency in React and popular JavaScript utility libraries.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as SumoLogic, DataDog, or CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with best coding practices, unit testing, and standardized components within a codebase.
• Solid understanding of Git, GitHub, pull requests, and rebasing, including conducting thorough and respectful code reviews.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and iterative development environment.
• Strong experience troubleshooting HTTPS web services and REST APIs using tools like Postman or Insomnia.
• Proactive approach to documentation and knowledge-sharing.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, React-Admin, and Nest.js.
• Previous work on IoT platforms.
• Expertise in building event-driven architectures at scale using SSE.
• Background in collaborating closely with cloud/backend teams.
• AWS Cloud deployment and hosting experience.
• Startup experience.
• Experience in a full-stack development role.
