What We’re Looking For

We need a highly motivated and results-oriented SaaS sales specialist with a strong background in lead generation and deal closing, specifically in AI SaaS, API Management, and Integration Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the entire sales pipeline – from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Define and refine sales strategies, methodologies, and tools to improve conversion rates.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, understand their needs, and propose solutions.
  • Handle contract negotiations, account management, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to drive growth.
  • Represent Connektra.io at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry.
✔ Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
✔ Strong understanding of API integration, data mapping, and workflow automation.
✔ Expertise in sales methodologies such as solution selling, consultative selling, and value selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Familiarity with CRM systems, data-driven sales strategies, and performance tracking.
Existing network of contacts in the integration and automation space (preferred).


Work Location & Hiring Details

🌍 Remote-Friendly: Work from anywhere in India, Singapore, the US, Germany, or the UK.
Preferred Time Zones: Pacific Time, Eastern Time, Central European Time, Dubai Time, Maldives Time, Indochina Time.
