Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will:
✔ Lead a team in building, optimizing, and scaling web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
✔ Architect and develop high-performance, AI-driven web applications in an AWS environment.
✔ Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.
✔ Optimize server-side logic, API development, and large-scale distributed systems.
✔ Design scalable database solutions using MongoDB, MySQL, RDS.
✔ Integrate AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, API Gateway) for cloud-based applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
💻 10+ years of experience in software development, web applications, and full-stack engineering.
🌐 Proficient in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, Next.js).
🚀 Strong AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, API Gateway).

🔹 Role Overview
As the Senior (Lead) Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will take ownership of the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack). This role requires strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AI/ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and mentor a team of engineers in building scalable, efficient, and high-performance web applications.
✔ Architect and implement front-end user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
✔ Develop server-side logic, APIs, and large-scale distributed systems.
✔ Design and implement scalable data storage solutions (MongoDB, MySQL, RDS).
✔ Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
✔ Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
✔ Stay ahead of emerging technologies and AI/ML trends to enhance platform capabilities.
