What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and execute the product roadmap
- Lead the end-to-end development of new AI-driven frontend features
- Write scalable, well-tested code using modern React frameworks
- Establish best coding practices to build a high-performing tech culture
- Work closely with product and design teams to optimize the AI experience
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking engineers with a strong product mindset who are eager to push boundaries in AI-powered financial tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of software development experience (including React)
- 1+ years contributing to system architecture & design
- Expertise in algorithms and data structures
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, LLMs, and generative models
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Previous experience in a startup or unstructured work environment
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, analytics, or financial tools (FP&A preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on AI-powered applications
- Background in Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Previous work in a fast-growing startup environment.
