About the Role – Senior Front-End Developer

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to design, develop, and optimize the user interfaces of our cybersecurity solutions. You will contribute to our R&D initiatives, mentor junior developers, and drive accessibility standards, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

As part of our UX and Agile Development team, you will bridge the gap between design and development, leveraging your expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks to build a scalable and reusable UI framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, accessible UI components that align with our design system.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Lead front-end architecture decisions, implementing best practices for modular design.
• Enhance accessibility (WCAG compliance) to ensure inclusivity for all users.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive UI component library for consistent design language.
• Improve front-end processes by defining standards for testing, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of experience in front-end development, specializing in JavaScript and TypeScript.
✔ Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
✔ Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS, LESS, or TailwindCSS) for responsive design.
✔ Experience with component-based UI development and reusable design patterns.
✔ Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
✔ Familiarity with Web Components, JavaScript modules, and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
✔ Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot UI performance issues and optimize rendering.
✔ Strong communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing.

Preferred Skills

➕ Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and Service Workers.
➕ Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
➕ Understanding of UX/UI best practices and design principles.
➕ Experience with security-conscious front-end development.
