About the Role:
We are seeking a Frontend Developer who loves building scalable, high-performance products. As an early member of the product engineering team, you will have the chance to shape the company culture and the product itself. If you thrive in a zero-to-one environment and enjoy working with a collaborative team, this role is for you.
You will be responsible for developing frontend applications for our products, working closely with the engineering team. We’re looking for self-motivated engineers with a passion for technology innovation and a keen eye for user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using Next.js.

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional code.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Optimize components to maximize cross-platform UX and performance.

Continuously evaluate and improve the software development and delivery processes with a focus on web performance optimization.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience with Next.js/ReactJS and its core principles.

Strong understanding of mobile responsiveness.

Proficiency in server-side scripting such as Node.js.

Experience developing component-driven UIs with a strong foundation in frontend fundamentals.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object models.

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of the MERN stack.

Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.

Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SCSS.

Experience with frontend tooling such as webpack and Babel.

Familiarity with CSS libraries/frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind.
