- Provide remote and on-site IT support across locations.

- Select, purchase, and configure IT hardware/software for end users.
- Contribute to compliance efforts (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type 2).
- Document IT processes, FAQs, and technical guidance on Notion and Confluence.
- Write basic automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding IT requirements for employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- Location: Based in Bengaluru or Gurugram
