Key Responsibilities
As an Apprentice in the ER&D team, you will be involved in a wide range of support and admin tasks that contribute to the efficiency of IT and engineering systems. Responsibilities include:

Conducting NSR reviews, follow-ups, and assisting senior engineers in decision-making
-
Data cleanup in ServiceNow (SNOW), Tenrox, TIMS, and ProPM systems
-
Supporting reporting and admin activities, documentation cleanup, and lower environment deployments
-
Identifying test cases for automation and participating in lean process improvements
-
Maintaining and updating the PowerApp inventory, especially for legacy engineering tools
-
Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles and cleaning up content across SharePoint & Teams
-
Performing AI and tech landscape explorations for engineering tools
-
Supporting Power Apps developed by past engineering team members
-
Executing clean-up and data accuracy initiatives across multiple platforms like Enovia
