Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Applicants must have completed their course within the prescribed duration (i.e., no extended education allowed).
Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: At the time of the test, candidates should have no active backlogs. Any backlogs must be cleared within the specified time frame.
Educational Gaps: Any gaps in education must be disclosed, with a total academic gap not exceeding 24 months from the completion of the highest qualification. Relevant documents must be provided as proof for any education gaps.
Course Eligibility: Only full-time courses are eligible for consideration. Part-time and correspondence courses will not be accepted. However, candidates who have completed their Secondary (Std. X) or Senior Secondary (Std. XII) education through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) are eligible.
Work Experience: Candidates with up to 3 months of prior work experience can apply for the TCS BPS Hiring Process.
Age Requirements: Applicants must meet the age requirements for the TCS selection process. The minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 28 years.
Eligible Courses & Disciplines: Only full-time graduates from Arts, Commerce, and Science streams will be considered. Eligible degrees include B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc-IT/CS/General, BCA, BCS, B.Pharm, and M.Pharm. Candidates must have completed their graduation in 2020, 2021, or 2022 from a recognized university/college (Part-time/Correspondence courses are not eligible).
Application Process
Step 1: Register and fill out the application form on the TCS NextStep portal. The status of your application should show as ‘Application Received.’
Make sure you have your CT/DT ID ready and update it on the provided link in Step 2.
Scenario A: If you already possess a CT/DT ID, log in to the TCS NextStep portal (click here) and complete your application form.
Scenario B: If you are a new user, visit the TCS NextStep portal (click here). Click on ‘Register Now’, select the category ‘BPS’, enter your details, and submit your application.
Step 2: For the final step, click here to apply for TCS BPS Hiring. This step is mandatory.
Important: Submitting multiple entries from the same candidate will result in disqualification.
